they flipped a house that was home to over 30 cats..they talked on camera to the neighbors who confirmed...the owners were obviously horders of pets ans everything else...they filled that hugh garbage bin 7 times (I think they said)
so how do you check for signs of pet hair pet stuff indicating many pets in unseen houses??????
If you can get any kind of peak in a window, or even just walk around the outside of the house, you'll see signs of pets. Litter boxes, fur, pet food bags. Signs are at least one of those will be present
If you're buying a house that once had a lot of pets -- especially cats -- the area around the house is going to stink. Cat smell is especially odious because cats spray the outside and inside to mark their territory. I can't believe they could get close enough to look in a window and not smell cat odor.
