Is Tarek's sister a prostitute?

That's the only thing that would explain the way she was dressed, talking and acting as she negotiated for the house. Looked like a call girl on drugs.

I did not like the way she weaseled her way into getting this home. You could tell Tarek was annoyed by it. He and his wife are in the business of making a profit and she wanted a huge discount for the house, she implied she wanted it at cost. If I were related to Tarek I would ask him to find a house that could be fixed up, then I would pay for it and use one of his trusted contractors, not wait until he did all the work and then blind side him

It's a while since I saw this episode but I didn't think what she did was so bad. Didn't he say they would save on realtors fees or something? Besides, having family nearby is a great benefit for a family with young children (they said the cousins played together often.) The danger would be if she was unhappy later with any of the workmanship on the house. It could hurt their relationship.

You are correct. She tried to mooch her way into that house. Hinting that she was approved for an amount lower then what they wanted to sell the house for and saying that Tarek could get the relator fee waived. And I think Christina was not happy with it from the tone of her voice.
You also raised a good point, if something is not done to her satisfaction she could be a problem. Also, say something was wrong with the roof, that the contractor missed, and the roof has a major leak will she hold Tarek responsible? That is why you never mix business with family.
I think it would have been better for her to tell Tarek upfront they she wanted a house he helped her pick one out and then she used one of his contractors and Tarek's involvement would be over

She literally offered them the same amount they would've taken home had they got full list price after the buyers agent's got their commission. It was a whole alot about nothing

Laughed out loud when I read the subject line! I just watched the episode and I found her to be pretty low class.

I can't say C & T are particularly warm people, but honestly, the sister was acting like a spoiled little girl and made them look like saints.

Yes, it said they made over 60 K on the flip, but I understood them to be out 20K.

I just watched that episode and she totally looked like she was flirting with Tarek. Seemed kinda creepy, I thought I was the only one lol
