I can't watch the show any more without looking for fakeness

Now when I try to watch reruns of Flip or Flop, I have a hard time focusing on the flips. I wonder every time I see C and T if she was cheating on him by the time this episode was filmed .. or if he was cheating on her at that point..looking for the "tells" of tension and contempt between them (beneath the veneer of "we're such a happy family").

Although, every time C steamrolled over T's ideas and got her way, I had that gut feeling there was trouble in paradise -- long before the news broke about their split.

Their poor kids. At least by the time the baby is old enough to have any idea what was going on, this will all have been blown over in the media.

I didn't think she steamrolled him. I thought he recognized, albeit reluctantly, that she knew what the buyer (a.k.a. the wife!) would want. I thought he respected her and admired him for it.

I do think she knows a little about Interior Design to where he surely does not. She should stick with that for a career once this is over. At least this show got her started with it.

I mainly just watch the show for the house flips anyway

I keep watching hoping the camera crew will walk in on Christina banging some random dude in a vacant bedroom.

There are times and I dont know in order the shows as HGTV jumps around on what season they're showing but in watching you can see the camera pan on her and in a separate shot on him and I swear she looks disgusted and he looks frustrated cause she got her way. And I to think she runs over his ideas at times crapping on a choice he made. Sure she has good ideas but so does he. Really Buys come in all shape sizes and color. You put new stuff in a home it's gonna sell. Both of them know what they're doing but she clearly has to have it her way with little give.

It will be interesting going forward how it's handled and the shows are filmed. Usually they start shows in their home or somewhere together. Even for the money you can only imagine they can fake it so long. At some point their new partners aint gonna wanna sit on the sideline and watch. The format at some point has to be changed with the news becoming more and more known to us viewers. Viewers dont like to be fooled when we know the real situation.
