shareThey've admitted that they try to keep their designs as generic as possible in order to appeal to as many potential buyers as they can. On occasion they make some different decisions based on the eccentricities of the area, but usually they stick to their basic schemes.
Maybe if they bought a house in wine country where it would be expected anyone moving there would want a wine cellar they'd put one in, but otherwise, that's something that's so specific that it really wouldn't make sense to spend the money on it.
I'm so ugly...that's ok 'cause so are you.
Most homes in Southern California don't have cellars.
shareWe have a wine fridge which we use for bottled water & soda (we don't drink wine or beer). I love it because there's much more room in the refrigerator. It's smaller than a dishwasher.

^ We have one of those! We use it mainly for non-alcoholic drinks, Perrier waters, etc. We have a wrought iron wine rack that holds about 50 bottles, I cook a lot with wine, so that's enough for us.
Wine cellars are beautiful, but you don't see them too often, at least not in middle class neighborhoods where I live, So Cal.
