Nothing about this show was real. This divorce nonsense just reinforces that. The only money these two make is from actually doing the show. They're not buying these homes themselves and they're not putting any of their money into these homes either. They're playing roles for a production company. Yeah rich real estate folks with thirty deals in the works at all times, bickering about support payments.
shareAll they get is $10,000 an episode. They're not getting rich off the show. But apparently they run flipping educational seminars where -- I assume -- they make the real money.

More like try to scam people out of their money. I was in Orlando this past summer at my daughters gymnastics competition. In the same hotel those Vegas flipping fools were running a similar seminar. It's amazing to see all the idiots flocking to that nonsense to spend money on useless information only to get nothing but upsold more useless information.
shareI am a part time Realtor in New Hampshire. ( i also have a full time job). Being on certain email lists, I constantly get invited to these kind of seminars. All a bunch or crap. I know what I would need to do to flip a home without those seminars.
