they want to keep the show going divorce be dammed and rating are through the roof.....it is up to the the execs whether the show will go on or not

We will never know all the real reasons for the divorce. Maybe being together 24/7 was the real underlying factor and left the marriage in ruins. Possibly they still continued to get along at the office.

I think Tarek is a time bomb. He never seemed "right" to me.
