It's not bad if you are expecting a low budget stage play that requires the audience's imagination to complete, but it would be much better if they added the CGI props that are obviously missing. Everyone did a great job otherwise.

Yeah, I’d have preferred a little less theatrical and more cinematic. It was a bit monotonous. Would love to see some of Dahl’s short works adapted. Some have, but they could be redone. He has a lot of twisty, fun stories for adults.
