Is this a mini series with a beginning middle and end? Or is this a tv series where it will continue? I read the novel and would like to watch this but if this is only season one and it cuts off somewhere in the middle I won't bother.

HBO?Actually, I thought it was pretty good. It was quite true to the novel, and the acting was good. The lady who played Sadie was very capable as well.
We WISH HBO had done this. Would have been a much better show. As a reader and listener of the book I did like the show, but it's a shame that Hulu did it. With HBO behind the wheel it might had been great.
