I thought the brewing relationship between the one widow 'Mrs Dunbar' & that one miner was cute and definitely has potential...as long as her son Caleb agrees.
Anyway, who were the actors who played those roles? The actress who played 'Mrs Dunbar' sort of reminded me of the actress wo played 'Elizabeth Thatcher' from the original WCTH TV movie from a few yrs ago too.
Laura Bertram played Mary Dunbar. I believe the man with whom she went to the dance was played by Derek Hamilton.

Yes, I too really enjoyed the story line of these people. Dewitt Graves and Mrs. Dunbar seemed like real people dealing with real life. Hope the son continues to warm up to him. Anyone know if they will be back ?
shareIn one of the first two episodes I think they married off Mrs Dunbar & Dewitt Graves to each other...but it was rather hard to tell because I think they (& her son) were totally recast with different/better looking actors.
