Really confused re Season 2 opener (spoilers!)
Why did they bring in Abigal's daughter in law to "save the day", when Abigal didn't even realize she existed??? I'm hoping this will be explained during the season and more will come of it, but it really threw me. I don't recall the age of Abigal's son being discussed but she seems awfully young to have had a son old enough to have married off secretly-and I guess I assumed he had lived with her and her husband while working in the mines. It was such a random storyline thrown in. This season 2 has been really strange and random so far.
