Now that we know and have seen the events from chapter 1, where will chapter 2 start at? A slaughter at the hospital? Sack head just going down the halls murking people like the terminator in the police station?

It's all supposed to take place in one day.

Hows that possible when there was a day and night cycle?

I haven't seen it, but I saw an article a month back saying that it was going to be all one long day. Maybe they meant that it takes place right after the other.
