I am not sure I understood (SPOILERS)

So Amjad was the traitor all along, and he did it so that he could get rid of Omar and marry Tarek's sister? Did he really believe that he had gotten Nadia pregnant, or was that a lie too?

I got the impression that Amjad lied. He didn't got Nadia pregnant until after they were married, and indeed they were never involved romantically until after their wedding. When Omar asks Nadia if her baby was premature and she says no, that's when it all seemed to click together that Amjad had made the whole thing up about getting her pregnant.

That twist is a joke. Doesn't work one bit. Apparently he lied to get rid of Omar and Marry Tarek's sister. There're more pressing concerns here for him, isn't there?

Amjad was probably coerced into lying to Omar by the Israeli agent. The whole lying scheme was meant to get Tarek out in the open where the Israelis could kill him. When Omar realized that he was lied to regarding Nadia's pregnancy, he got revenge by killing the agent and waiting to kill Amjad.

That lying scheme had no sense whatsoever. If was a great chance for Amjad to be killed first and Nadia second - Honour Killings is not a rare occasion among Palestinians.

Omar could simply ask Nadia. And so could Tarek.

The first traitor was the man we see Tarek interrogating. He gave the Israelis the information on the trio being present when one of them shot the Israeli soldier. When the 3 are chased during lunch and we see Omar being caught, I imagine they caught Amjad too. Amjad talks; Omar doesn't, although he makes that silly admission and lands himself in their hands. As filmfancy writes, the lie about Nadia's pregnancy is to put pressure on Omar via Amjad. For Amjad he's been persuaded it will get him Nadia. No he didn't get Nadia pregnant; she tells Omar that her son Tarek was born on the anniversary of her brother's funeral, which would have been close to a year after her marriage.
