Towards the end, when Omar tells some guys 'don't touch Amjad, I will deal with him' ---who are the guys he's telling this to? and what happens to Amjad?

I'm pretty sure that was Muhsen Ali Taha (the guy who was asking about what happened between Amjad and Omar). They were probably in an ambush at the end. After Omar shoots Rami, they kill the 3 other agents. After that, they let Omar deal with Amjad.

shareIIRC Omar tells the person on the phone that Tarek didn't shoot the soldier. It was the Israeli's who thought that Tarek was the shooter. Furthermore, Omar tells the person on the phone to get him a gun, and the Israeli agent (Rami) brought a gun with him and showed Omar how to use it. So the evidence seems to show that it was an Israeli (likely Rami himself) on the other end of that last phone call. This doesn't answer what became of Amjad. I personally don't think Omar really planned on getting revenge against Amjad; I think that was just a ruse to make sure that the Israeli's would leave Amjad alone until Omar was able to carry out his plan (i.e. killing Rami). Killing Amjad would hurt Nadia, which I don't think Omar was willing to do.

Amjad is a target of the Palestinian militants anyway. They made it clear they will get answers from him.
