Did this come out in English or Norwegian?

I'm confused - I just saw this on Netflix, and the dialogue is in English. The main protagonist is played by an American, who speaks English. Is there another version in Norwegian?

I was actually pretty disappointed that it was made in English, using an American lead. This might sound weird, because I am a native English speaker, but it annoys me when foreign movies are made to appeal to an English-speaking audience (though I realize most Norwegians do speak/understand English quite well). I guess this just ads to me being a bit disappointed in general - I LOVED the first one, and found it to be a perfect mix of scary and funny. This one felt too gross/slapsticky (IMO). And I do have to wonder if the zombie squad managed to get to this remote area of northern Norway by plane while Martin was still apparently driving aimlessly in his car, covered in blood, for 12-plus hours. Kristoffer Jonner as the sidekick zombie was a nice treat, though.

8/10 for the original, 5/10 for this:(

They're coming to get you, Barbara!

It was shot in both English and Norwegian. Unlike the original which was in Norwegian with subtitles.

does the U.S. bluray have both versions?

reply

yes it has both versions.but you have to have the subs on all the time they don't just come on for the Norwegian bits

FYI every tiny Norwegian town has an airport, no matter how small (almost). You can easily fly to every part of Norway

5/10 for one of the best zombie/comedy movies if not the best ever? Are you kidding?

I've just watched it on Amazon Prime, and it has both Norwegian and English dialogue interwoven throughout, with English subtitles during the Norwegian bits.

Bonkers movie. Perfect for Hallowe'en night. Watch with friends and beer.
