Out of the Chicago shows the Best and Worst shows?

Actually if I ordered my preferences that would be the exact order for me as well.
I honestly do not know why they are even airing Justice it is awful.

Yeah Justice is by far the weakest and ads very little to the Chicago "universe".

Fire is a very good show and there aren't many shows about fire fighters on tv. PD is good, Med is decent, Justice is a bit bland but I find it's improved a bit and I think it has potential so I'll give it time to get better.

Thus far, I only watch Fire and PD. I like Fire because it usually has some light comic relief (brings humanity) and the team often responds to "accidents" rather than some grisly crime that points out the worst in human behavior.
PD has grown on me as I've become to know the characters (I miss Kim/Merina), but it's a bit grim and I'm sometimes annoyed how these petite bits of eye-candy manage to get on the rough-and-tough Intelligence Unit. But it's TV, so I guess that's what you get.

yeah that's one of the best parts of the Show.

P.D. is still the best.
