So, the camp for battered women was all a hallucination? It started while she was eating pancakes?

Yeah, I think we are led to believe the first wife is dead and buried in the Tillman property somewhere.

That was it, when Tillman said he was gonna bury Dot with the first wife. That made me think about why the first wife wasn't in the parking lot of the diner or in the hospital.

I was wondering where that branch of the story went too. What happened to Linda? I guess it was just to prove a point, that his ex-wives were so afraid of him that they would join a commune/cult/whatever thing and hide from him for the rest of their lives.
