can we stop with the trigger warnings before a episode in tv shows?

I am tired of the old 'trigger warnings' it spoils the episode because you know what is coming up.. hey both my parents died from cancer I don't need a trigger warning before a episode that it may contain cancer patients in it..

it is the persons responsibility to look at the rating of something and know what it involves. if you are so scared of being triggered by something watch PG movies. we don't need to spoon-feed and babysit people in movies with warnings before it start.

I don't mind the awareness messages AFTER the episode but for god sake stop with it before the epidote so many shows are doing this and it is spoiling it knowing what is gonna happen
