Season 3 will be to Fargo what Season 2 was to True Detective.

I Doubt that. HAWLEY is a great write. season 1 of TD WAS overrated well acted but slow and bad story. Tough watch.

Hawley IS a great writer and Fargo is the best show on TV.

But season one of TD was fantastic as well. No need to slam a great show like season one of TD, just because it's not quite as great as Fargo...a show that COULD be the best show ever. If Fargo isn't the best show ever (IMO, it's certainly on it's way), it's certainly in the discussion.

Ya, I don't think so either. I really enjoyed s1 of TD but season 2 was simply awful. Fargo can't drop that far.
