I'm talking legally - i dont see it on any of my regulars (amazon, vudu, hulu, netflix, etc)...
is there anyway i can legally watch this?
Seems to be on iTunes (https://itunes.apple.com/us/movie/leviathan/id676411992). It's still playing in theatres in some places (http://www.google.com/movies?mid=2c908188e138f7a). Presumably, if it wins the Oscar it will open more widely.

shareOh sorry, you're right. Here's a link to iTunes in the UK for the Russian film Leviathan. I don't know whether this will work for the US/Canada:

Now on iTunes you can buy a copy. Most probably you'll be able to rent lawfully in a couple of months. Anyway if you are a US resident.
If you are off US soil, you still can watch it paying a due price, but not 100% lawfully in terms of (local) copyright.
