Not quite run out yet. It's still on about 80 screens, so it'll be around another week or two. If the last two parts are any indication, it'll gross about twice it's opening weekend, or around $900k. Like them, it will make a bit with DVD and Netflix, but nowhere near breaking even. On the first two films, this upset fans enough that they tried to sneak into Wikipedia that they were ultimately profitable - as if no one would check (since removed).
This movie presents a bit of a quandary, because it's actually bad enough to become a cult hit (The Room ultimately made a *lot* of money); however, the first two were merely mediocre, and it's unlikely people will just watch part III, so I doubt it will take off.
In the end, it'll go down a a monument to human tenacity and a bizarre footnote in cinematic history (future Trivial Pursuit question: "What famous book was adapted into a three part series of films with three entirely different casts?").
