Under Libertarians a store owner can refused to serve blacks. As a Libertarian I agree with that but I would make some rules, yes I know that would be a slippery slope.
You could only do that if its a 1 store family buisness.
In St. louis it used to be the rule (it still mkght be) if you own a 2 family flat or duplex and you live in it you can discriminate.
I would say only if you are not incorporated and afforded the protections that incorporating a business provides. Or to put it more succinctly, if you're in bed with the government then you have to play by the government's rules.
