For a 6 episodes show left so many unanswered questions

1. How could judge change child age from 9 to 22? With no proofs. There should have been investigation. He was bought by parents probably. And they didnt change it to 18. Because in that state parent should take care of child for 21? I think someone said it in tv show. So they went with crazy number 22

2. How did that father went broke? Its was never explained. He was very rich.Was it divorce?

3. Why mother had sole custody of boys? What was motivation of court? Why other 2 boys dont want to see father despite being adults? Why prodigy boy lives with father? Did he had a fallout with mom?

4. Why it was never explained why her previous foster parents left her.

5. Why didnt they explain how she got into USA.

6. Why would that orphanage just give away children like that without check? It felt like they just give away her to first random people who came to their office. And we all know how hard it is to adopt in USA.

7. Why her new family has her for almost 10 years and she is not being psycho?

8. Why those parents simply didnt drop her at that adopting house like previous parents when they didnt want her anymore? They literally could just give her away saying they dont click and cant take care of her needs. Instead they went with this craziness.

9. They were not legally obliged to take care of her once they fraud her age. But still payed for her flat and food. Because they perfectly knew she was a child and could not take care on her own.

10. That fact they they just ended abruptly serious on ridiculous cliffhanger is offensive. I kept waiting for trial of mother. And had to go to internet to find out she was never put on trial at all. They dropped charges because saw they will end up like with father since with fake age - they were not legally obliged to look after her.
