Nope. I didn't notice it on the East coast feed, but, on the West coast performance, you can see a bra strap.

It wouldn't really be necessary. Just seeing her in a bra is enough to get that surprised look.

Probably. having been in stage productions as a stage manager, actors get used to others seeing their breasts during costume changes etc so its no biggie. A quick flash to two other actors rather than mucking around with tape or whatever would not be an issue.
