I've never complained about how awful a show or movie is on here before

And I wasn't even going to with this. But then I saw that this has a 7.3 rating. How the hell has anyone giving a rating of more than zero? I am usually quite laid back when it comes to watching shows but this could very well may be the most God awful thing I have ever watched.

I caught the first episode. Thought it was terrible. I figured I would give it a second chance and caught the second episode. And it was just as terrible. It just is not funny. It's painfully unfunny. How anyone can enjoy this is beyond me.

Are you talking season 1 or this season 3?

The first season. I thought it had only just started. I am watching it in the UK though. Please tell me this hasn't lasted three seasons.

They are on their 3rd season and this year, they are doing it all live, mistakes and all.

I think the 1st season was a little clunky. It takes awhile to get the group chemistry going. They did one show live in the 2nd season and it was a success. Personally, I like that they're trying something crazy but I don't know if the rating is going to hold. It's more or less on the bubble.

It has lasted 3 seasons and will for probably more. I agree that the first few episodes of S1 were terribly unfunny but I decided to persevere and it actually proved better than expected. S2 was great and S3 they decided to switch up the whole format and it has turned out to be very cool and unique. I guess it's something like SNL but better since the cast are allowed to improvise, flub their lines a little and laugh.

It's getting more than a zero because for one you can't rate anything below a 1 on the site.

More importantly, season 1 was pretty mediocre for the first few episodes and gets better towards the end as the chemistry starts to gel. Season 2 is much better IMO as they stop doing the baby bird garbage, retool the characters a little and Candace is a much better character than the waitress in the first season. Season 2 ended with a fantastic live double episode that was performed for both the East & West coast and had enough differences (including a few star cameos) to warrant watching both. Season 3, IMO, has been must see tv. But maybe more so because I've seen a lot of what the other people in the show have been on so I understand many of the in-jokes. It destroys the third wall for season 3 being live and is unapologetic about it while still maintaining a good sitcom story each episode.

After season 1 I though the show was maybe a 6 or 7. After season 2... especially the live episode, I thought it was a 9. It's holding strong for me at a 9 right now.

...

ON a side note, now you can never say you've never complained about how awful a show or movie is on IMDB.

I watched Dr Kim before giving this show a chance. I can't believe there is a show on TV 10 times worse than Dr Kim and it's been on for three years. This is the worst show I've seen in decades!!!!!

I'd love to hear what target demographic he appeals to.
