You can clearly see her dark brunette hair! I don't know what was she doing here, perhaps stabbing him? She was alone in the bathroom with no help, she was pretty furious. Scary.

Me either. It just looks like the ceiling. Still really unnerving though to think that it is a moment frozen in time when this horrific act was occurring.

I know this is pretty old. But the left corner looks like an arm. A ladies arm because it's thin and feminine. I'm not sure but that's what it looks like to me.
