the Disney Afternoon Characters in Future Mickey Shorts

Now that Scrooge McDuck and Gyro Gearloose from "DuckTales" made their separate appearances in two Mickey Mouse TV shorts, respectively "Goofy's First Love" and "Down the Hatch", Disney Television Animation should include more characters from the Disney Afternoon shows in future shorts. To me, those characters that should appear as special guests or cameos are:

- Cubbi Gummi and Zummi Gummi from "Gummi Bears"
- Darkwing Duck and Launchpad McQuack from "Darkwing Duck"
- Gadget Hackwrench from "Chip n' Dale's Rescue Rangers"
- Baloo and Don Karnage from "TaleSpin"
- Max Goof and P.J from "Goof Troop"
- Bonkers D. Bobcat and Fall-Apart Rabbit from "Bonkers"

So what do you think? (And should Kim Possible make a cameo appearance in any upcoming Mickey TV short?)

It's not really the same thing. Scrooge and Gyro did not originate in Disney Afternoon shows, they are characters from the comic books of the forties/fifties, and have much stronger ties to the characters in the current shorts (namely, Donald). The characters you mentioned would feel pretty out of place on this show to me.
