Really the cinematography looked so shit and cheap and the editing was crap

I agree that the cinematography felt more flat and boring, while the 1st one had more dynamic range. This might be a stylistic choice since the characters have matured but I think that's giving too much credit

I disagree, the Cinematography is the only good thing about this one apart from the nostalgia factor. it felt rather pointless overall.

This is more accurate. Some of the shots near the end, in the building they were working on, looked very cool.
