Bottom

Danny Boyle always puts a subliminal nod to Bottom in his films:

Shallow Grave - Head in the fridge, and Alex's "I'm not expecting anyone either" line
Trainspotting - Square of dust and wrappers left by a returned TV
Slumdog Millionaire - Whole film is the Lamb & Flag pub quiz without the nurses and electrocutions
127 Hours - Richie chopping his finger off

Which episodes will T2 borrow from? I'm hoping for Spudgun cameoing as Juice Terry, and Renton sewing his legs on the wrong way round.

I have to admit, I have no idea what Bottom is.

If only there was some place you could go to find out. Like some sort of movie database on the internet.

Several "Bottoms" come up when you search on IMDB. Not to mention that he never stated if it was a movie, TV series, book series, etc. Funny how that works....

He mentions it has "episodes", meaning it has to be a TV series. Only one entry on the main IMDb search results page for "Bottom" is a TV series, and it has the character called "Spudgun" mentioned in the OP, confirming that's the "Bottom" he was talking about. But that wasn't my point: why do you even want to be part of a discussion about something you've never heard of?

Good question. Why do you whish to be a constant fυctard?

You don't answer a question with another question. But I think I can answer it for you: you're so full of yourself that you desperately want to be part of every discussion. If you're ignorant about the topic, you expect someone else to fill you in, because you think it's oh so important that your voice is being heard — even if you have noting to add to the conversation. Am I getting warm?

To answer your question about why I'm being a dick about it: because I'm tired of people on the internet who'd rather flaunt their ignorance than stay out of a discussion. So you've never heard of Bottom, who cares? Move on.

I'm truly sorry. I honestly didn't realize that you were an *beep* Maybe it's because of inbreeding, maybe your latent homosexuality. Although I suspect that it's probably just the fact that you're just not that intelligent. Either way, I apologize. It was wrong of me to assume that you could answer a question about an obscure TV show like a normal person. I will be sure never to make that mistake again.

Bottom was a British comedy starring Adrian Edmondson & the late, great, Rik Mayall. They both starred in the similar slapstick comedy "The Young Ones" in the early 80's. Both shows have been a huge influence on British comedy.
