Thanks for the review, pretty much my views as well.

I agree the only real disappointment was the short screentime of Diane, but I'm glad she was at least in it.

Spud's story is so emotional and touching.

yeah she was just a sort of nostalgic plot device.. i thought it would be more Renton wanting to "catch up with old flames" than what we got. But yeah Spud really stood out for me and made me feel the most emotion
