flashbacks in a film. I worried that putting in too many flashbacks to T1 would kill the nostalgia but it didn't. From Renton on the treadmill flashing back to his face on the bridge, Simon and Renton arguing over Tommy and baby Dawns death with Underworlds - Slow slippy getting heavier and heavier in the background with Tommy walking up the mountain. Class. Loved the film, a worthy sequel in my opinion and have a feeling i will enjoy it more on a second viewing.
