I mean, it's a golden palm winner and only misses 20 votes or so, but considering Turkish movies' track record with the top 250, I think it's reasonable to have some doubts.

Exactly. If it was a movie from any other country (cept India, ofc) its 8.2 would place it at the very least in the top 200.
