HUGE plot hole...

I actually DO like this movie, but there's one thing that REALLY bothers me. Jaan basically blackmails Kaitlyn in order to get his bird back. That's fine. I mean, it's unscrupulous but so is what she did.
My problem is that, in 2024 mind you, a mom is just "okay" with letting her daughter go, alone, to some random elderly male stranger's house who she JUST MET.
That's ALL kinds of "no." :-P
Other than that, it's a good movie. LOL. :-)
I actually really did like it, and I thought Brooklynn Prince did a great job in her role. I swear she reminded me of someone i'd seen in another movie, but I haven't seen any of her previous work. Regardless, she did a pretty great job.
