OTish - Best Movie In a Horror Series

Of the following Horror movie series with at least three or more installments, pick your single favorite movie in each. Remakes, prequels and crossovers count in any series with them as your favorite if it is. Add more series if you'd like too, I just listed some of the major ones for now. Thought this would be fun to share with Sinister 2 coming out and on it's way to becoming a new series.
