wow...talk about Plot Armour...

D'Artagnan and Constance have the greatest Plot Armour I have ever seen.

Especially D'Artagnan, that guy literally charged on a fixed defensive position and not only survived but overran it.

Although I like female characters but COME ON!, Constance character is always pushing it. When will the writers take their gloves off and really give the consequence of being a man especially in 17th Century France.

Oh yeah, although the other 3 characters have their own plot armour, but these two have it made out of adamantium.

I agree about Constance but d'Artagnan isn't protected any more than the other three Musketeers, especially Athos - having seen the whole of S3.

I've never liked the writing for Constance, although I like Tamla Kari well enough. She was too 'Disney Princess' in S2 and is now too aggressive and unrealistic in S3..

In Season 1, she was quite likable and I really wanted to like Constance but throughout Season 2 and now Season 3, her scenes were always cringe worthy.

I found out the best way to watch the series was by simply fast forwarding her scenes.

On the issue of d'Artagnan didn't you watch what happen in Episode 4 Season 3, he should have been shot dead already by 2-3 guys with Muskets aimed directly at him, but they decided to not shoot him when they had a great advantage.

He certainly has Plot Armour but considering the main bad guy constantly fails to kill ANY of the Musketeers, either he's the worst killer / bad guy in the history of the Musketeers or the four boys are well and truely blessed with luck.

lol. True, but they are the main characters, and unless one of the actors died or decided not to come back, then by the grace of the writers, they'll stay alive.

I do wish to some extent the writers would have stuck to the plot points of the original story & have Milady kill Constance & then have the Musketeers be judge & jury & have Milady killed. Would have definitely made this show darker, & to some extent a bit more interesting.

Grimaud could have been a terrific bad guy but you just hit on one of the things that made me cringe. Not only did he fail at the task at hand in every episode but he seemed to have a Star Trek level transporter the way he could move around and escape so easilyy. Even when supposedly badly injured.
