A similar movie.... possible spoiler

I didn't know where to post this, and it seems like the movie I'm looking for is similar to this. In this one, I assume the killerswere a Mother, Father and their son. The movie I'm looking for that I saw a few years ago is similar. Its about a group of college or high school kids which go to a mountain cabin owned by one of the kid's uncles. The uncle isn't there. They find a boy who is supposed to be lost, and take him in to help him. Then they get visited by two killers, and are terrorized all night by the killers, getting picked off. It turns out, its the kid's father and mother who are the killers, and the kid is just there to be a part of their killing. I can't think of the name of this for the life of me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Can't remember the title, either, but I've seen that. No description I google brings up the title. Sorry, not much help lol.

Maybe "Somebody Help Me" (2007)?

Thanks for both responses. I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, neither movie is the one I'm thinking about. I don't know how to search for it since there are no actors in it that I remember. Thanks!
