Very straight-forward revenge western
Not that that's a bad thing.
Eva Green proves that she doesn't need dialogue to act like a total badass.
Though I'd very much would have loved to see her killing those men and running with the money (happens off-screen).
The final shootout had some excellent musical cues and enough thrill to make this worthwhile.
But I do wonder: did the 16 year old "not-kid" and John agreed that they were doing this together?
Or did the kid just decide to tag along by himself?
I like minimalism but the film (clocking in at 92 minutes) could have used some extra 5 minutes and some additional dialogue.
Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down and a Wagging Finger of Shame
