The only thing stopping me from smashing the screen while Ryles is walking with that sick smile on his face, is the thought that the lawyer bought him off. Instead of smashing the club, as the brat wnted once he was caught, the showed him the shiny, wonderful life he could have if he did as he was told to. So it was exactly like when they were offering the poor ginger man 150£ for the complaining customers, and him accepting.

Yep, just on a larger scale. But the landlord was a good guy. He should have sued the club for his terrible injuries, though I guess he didn't know about the club.

The trouble is, that would be quite hard to do. It's an unofficial club so tracking down those responsible would be difficult and prosecuting them even more so. They would all just deny it. A criminal case would be different. Police would have powers to arrest and interrogate.
