‘The Goldbergs’ is killing off Jeff Garlin’s character

I stopped watching this show several seasons ago. It was never really funny and some of the characters were annoying.

After 9 seasons, they should have used the Jeff Garlin situation to just end the show. They don't need to appease the Woke-Cancel-Culture executives.

Of all the main characters, his is the least important. With 200+ episodes and 10 seasons, the show is near the end. But I’d rather they have a proper final season and have a proper ending than ending the show solely because one cast member is gone. As for the reason for it, it doesn’t really matter. He’s not coming back, and his character is just 1 of many. A show as long running and popular as this one doesn’t need to end because of one person.
