Anna Gunn - US Ambassador to Colombia (Clinton administration)

Hugh Dancy - Peña's new partner if they don't bring back Murphy.

Michelle Dockery - CNN correspndent in Colombia.

Raul Esparza and Jesse Plemons - Intelligence officers working for Bill Stechner. Just imagine them as CIA's own Murphy and Pena.

Please never get involved in casting. You are not good at it. Besides, these are just random actors you like. Nobody cares what random actors you like...

I'm totally here for Raul Esparza, he's an amazing actor; however, he's doing SVU so he's probably not available.

Dockery can do a small bit part somewhere, within a very narrow casting call that requires widening of tiny eyes to mimic feigned shock/horror/disapproval/dissappointment/disgust/surprise/heartbreak/uncertainty/vulnerability/sympathy/ambivalece...etc. etc.
