S2/Ep3, Telemon

So I'm thinking that guy is about as much a prince as I am. He's rushing Ariadne, he's got no family meeting her, the one guy that vouched for him was the one he paid to throw the fight, he murdered the woman warrior who recognized him, and he cheats.

Clearly, EVIL. Also, hiding things, and a big fat liar.

So who's he going to turn out to be really? Opinions, guesses? I have no idea!

A Viking warrior........ Oh wait, wrong show.

He's not the prince or a prince. Some criminal from the Salt Mines that's convicted a scheme to marry rich. I knew he was a liar when he called Ariadne the most beautiful women he'd ever seen. That or he hasn't seen many women.

reply

Uh that was supposed to concocted. Damn spellcheck.

reply

Godda-----that was supposed to be woman. Damn spellcheck. Actually that was a typo.

LOL, stop using the useless, godforsaken app and go in through your browser. You can edit your posts instead of appending.

reply

Ok but first, not computer savvy. And also I literally do everything on my cell phone. So unless I can do it there........

I'd still have to ask my son or wife.

reply

I guarantee your phone has a browser. Ask your son. 

Yeah, It certainly seems likely he's not who he says he is. Now its possible he's simply a criminal and a conman, whose pretending to be a prince as part of a scheme. However that does beg a few questions, first how would that work? He wouldn't be able to keep up the sharade for to long after they were married, so if he has a plan it must be in the short term.

Next, he's clearly got skills beyond your average thief, so where did he get them? Finally he clearly has a lot of money, to pay off Leionises so well, so if he's willing to spend that much money it must be for something big?

So what is he after?

Next weeks trailer seems to hint something akin to kidnapping Ariadne, but really that gives more questions than answers.

Could he be working for someone bigger?

reply

Yeah that whole forest thing could have been a set up; though at the cost of those men's lives? Maybe. Infiltrate the kingdom and kidnap Ariadne as the poster above indicated? That's a good bet. It would take them weeks probably to verify his true identity so its a doable plan. Kidnap then ransom her.

reply

Well if it was a set up, that means they have to know about Jason, Hercules and Pythagoras. And who ever was involved would be willing to risk there lives for this, so perhaps a cult of some sort? Yeah Randsom does sound the best bet, just imagine how much you could get for a queen. But of course it still begs a few questions.

reply

Could he be working for someone bigger?
Of course! That's it.

It's gotta be Pasiphae.

"I find your lack of faith disturbing."

reply

Yeah. Also a good bet though I'd prefer not every menace or danger come from her camp.

reply

The Actor wont be around for long cuz he is one of the leads in the show Vikings for History Channel.

reply

I hear ya, me too, but they were just at war with her five minutes ago, and they didn't kill her. So I think it'd be kind of random if it's someone else already. Could be, though!

"I find your lack of faith disturbing."

reply

I agree.

reply

Its entirely possible she certainly has the skills to organise this, but I personally would rather it was someone else. Pasiphae is the Big Bad after all, but the Big Bad can't be the only threat. Having more than one player is always a good idea as it keeps the audience guessing. Besides if they follow the same format as last Season, we're not due another episode with her for another two episodes.

He will be the father of Ajax hero from the war on Troy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telamon
