Where exactly are the last episodes of season 2 being aired, because they're being aired but not on BBC America as far as I can see.

Well, if anyone wants to know what happened so far but can't use legal or illegal means to watch new episodes, here is a brief recap
The Orackle goes to ask gods for approval of Jason and Ariadne marriage. But the daughter of the high Priest of Poseidon Cassandra is held by Pasiphae, so her father Melas has to work for her. The Oracle is kidnapped upon her return.
Medea brings Medusa to Pasiphae (they are both immune to her magic) and Pasiphae convinces her to kill Oracle in exchange for getting her human head back. So the Oracle is killed (turned to stone and then beheaded)Then Melas frames Jason for killing her, saying that gods didn't approve marriage (that's a lie). Ariadne can't do anything because Melas is a High Priest and gods are more respected then Queen.
Jason is to be executed but Delmos helps him escape. Jason and friends go to Medusa, since only her words can fix everything. While they are in the forest, Aridne tries to argue in Jason's favor, but since gods are more respected then Queen she too ends up in prison. Pasiphae comes to Atlantis and takes the throne.
New Oracle Cassandra says that gods are angry because Atlantis has no proper ruler. Pasiphae tries to get Ariadne to proclaim herself a rightful Queen by killing Delmos in front of her and making Medea torture Ariadne with magic, but fails.
Jason is depressed since he wants to save Ariadne but there is no way to do it. Medusa sends Pythagoras into the city to retrieve Pandora's box from the temple.
He does so with the help of Daedalus and Icarus and even Melas. Medusa drugs Hercules to keep him out of her way, uses the box and then Jason cuts her head off (off-screen)
Jason goes to Atlantis with the head in his hand.Pasiphae goes to face him with a knife but fails. Jason can't bring himself to kill her though. She finally tells him she is his mother. Jason is stunned and knocks her out. Medea confirms Pasiphae's words and launches a speech about how Jason is special etc. Jason informs Medea that he hates her and goes to save Ariadne. They leave the city together, with Ariadne's eyes tied and Medusa head in Jason's hand.
