I truly believe some members of the police in this area are part of the child sex ring. How can they not see the connections between two paper boys being abducted in the same area within two years...come on now!!! To add, there is a man named Jerome Elam, he is a survivor and he didn't come forward til decades when his abusers who trafficked him were finally dead. There is so much fear because these people are beyond evil. Look his story up it is beyond belief but it happened. So terrifying. Also, there was a movie made like 8 years ago called "Gardens of the Night", some really good actors in it, anyway it can be viewed as a documentary to what happens to these abducted kids. The director spent years researching what happens to abducted children and runaways. So heart breaking. I do believe Jhonny's mother and I believe he did come come back into her life
