I enjoyed the trailer but do hope the marketing folks don't end up giving away too many gags in future trailers. The final scene made me lol. Excellent supporting cast as well.

shareHonestly, I find the marketing trailers completely off-putting and this is a movie that I thought had potential based on the cast alone.
Speaking of, the marketing is also completely perplexing. Everything hinging on McCarthy, meanwhile they've got Kristen Bell playing mute in the trailers while there hasn't been so much as a glimpse of Peter Dinklage, and thanks to Game of Thrones, I would think that he would at least show up in the ads.

The movie looks awful. I don't think it will be a huge hit, but it will probably do fine at the box office because McCarthy is popular and there's not much else in theaters (in terms of wide releases) out now besides Batman v. Superman and Zootopia.
