first time I walked out of a theater
Woooooooof was that bad
shareGhostbusters will have a lot of walkouts too, and that movie cost 5 times more than the Boss
shareI don't believe you even went to the theater. A lot of the stuff being spewed on this page is just hateful vitriol. Most of the people hating on the film haven't even seen it.
shareI never, ever understand when people say they "walked out" of a movie.
Movies today are not cheap.
There are dozens -- hundreds of ways to get the gist of a movie before you go.
So you CHOSE this movie; you PAID your money.
And yet you say you walked out.
Huh?
Some people have free movie tickets, some buy them in bundles at Costco that brings the price down, some have Moviepiass (such as myself). Sometimes a movie is so incredibly terrible (Dirty Grandpa) that it is not worth the living human lifespan time spent in the theater watching it. Such a thing is known in the business world as cutting ones' losses.
the key is to just go get your money back.
sharei've seen walk outs for ''other side of the door'' and ''brothers grimsby'', recently. maybe they went to ask for their money back, or snuck into a different one
i've got feelings too, ya know - inbetweeners
