Wtf was this half a movie?

Some questions

What happened to Cathy bates? Rides off on a horse and never see her again. She didn't even say she was in for partner until the papers checked out.

Kristen bell has a kid single parent? How she get that kid? Some ta knocks her up and leaves her but hey like she said she got a great kid from it....whaaaaaat the hell? Explain that away in 2mins or less!

Hellen was forgotten about halfway through the movie? Which btw during that fight which Hellen seemed to be winning why did sandy stop her and hold her down to lose? I know she said it was her group not Hellen's but still seemed weird she wanted the dandys to lose?

Peter Dinklage is in this for about 2mins out of the first 30mins. We get a throwaway flash back on why they hate one another but nothing more? Why is he acting like a kid yet at the end has the violence of a nut?

Why was Kristen bell at the end wearing a long trench coat and heels during a burglary? Was something written out of the movie where she was in lingerie under the coat?

Btw what was up with that scene of Dinklage laughing at the Asian business men on remote conference?

Why did they make Kristen bells boss to be a strange cat if Kristen is just going to quit 10mins into the movie? If he boss could be bullied by a 14 year old kid why didn't Kristen bell or anyone else in the office bully her around?

Just a strange movie that I don't even think qualifies as a movie wtf did I just watch

Helen was taking over Sandy's group and ruling over her. Helen told Sandy to shut up when she tried to stand up to her and Sandy meekly replied, "Okay,"(but you could see in her expression she was gradually becoming resentful of Helen taking over The Dandelions) When she pushed Helen down, it showed that she was completely tired of having Helen acting like she was the leader of The Dandelions.

Kathy Bates's character became Darnell's Darlings off screen. She said,"I'll back you up if this checks out," cut to some scenes later, Michelle triumphantly says,"We got an Investor!" She decided to back her up albeit off screen.

It was implied that Kristen Bell's character was knocked up by a deadbeat. Got her pregnant, and then implied that he was never intimate with her. She probably told her daughter the reason her Dad is not in the picture is because her Dad was a deadbeat.

The reason that Michelle wasn't bullied by her staff in the beginning but was bullied by a child was because first of all her staff were nice people, Kristen being even nicer by letting her ex boss live in her apartment when she saw her sitting on the streets(her male employee left as soon as Michelle was in trouble, so he had no loyalty to her).

Plus, she was powerful and rich before the arrest. After the jail term, she is crushed and stigmatized. Even children know that she went to jail. Children! Helen talking about how she was an ex felon who shouldn't be around children didn't help. Also, her being broke didn't help her self esteem. Add to that, her "Friends" she had when she was still rich and powerful gave her the cold shower when she was back from her jail term. One of them even said "You have no Capital and no one likes you. Go away" and hoped she was dead when she fell down the stairs. In fact, all of her ex "Friends" were disappointed that she didn't die from falling down the stairs. That crushed her spirit.

Kristen wearing a Trenchcoat was a reference to old Caper/Spy movies(No pun intended when it comes to Melissa McCarthy Spy movie ;) , where a Trenchcoat was a staple of an outfit. The heels was a bit too much, maybe was put to make Kristen look sexier because sneakers would have been more practical. Heels would make too much noise and be a red alarm for someone who was suppose to be sneaking into a building incognito as heels are very noisy. Sneakers have more of a muffled sound.

The outfit that stuck out to me even more was the black outfit she wore in the fantasy sequence, made her look like a cat burglar, LOL.

The scene where Renault and his assistant laugh awkwardly at the Asian business men was weird and out of place. It could have been meant to convey that they were being pretentious. Look at the Asian business men. They have stoic,"What the fck?" expressions on their face when Renault and his assistant were laughing.
