If there was an American remake, who should be Locke?

I'm struggling to think of anyone who would be believable and the right age for the character.

Not that would happen but I would just go with Bradley Cooper or Michael Pitt

I agree that Bradley Cooper would be the best choice.

In fact the first actor I thought of was Ryan Gosling, but only if he were about 10 years older.
