Why was he being so "graphic"?


I think it was right of Locke to tell his wife that he had cheated on her, but I didn't see why he should give her all those details about what they did, of him tying the woman up and *beep* her, *beep* on her *beep*, etc. You'd think that such a responsible and serious person would just say "I made a mistake... I slept with her." or something like that.

I don't recall anything graphic at all. Just wine and then it just happened. Maybe I saw another version of it.

I know. Completely unnecessary. Specially the part about role playing and dressing like members of the clergy. I mean, all those details were very awkward for me to hear, and I'm a stranger (spectator, actually), imagine how his wife felt about it.

Well, if you notice him saying like "I worked 9 years for you, not 10" or whatever it is, it shows that's part of his character, he gets into details and specifics.
