In this film Locke is shown to repeatedly use his indicators whilst driving. However, in the wide shots we see he is driving what appears to be a BMW 3 series. A BMW logo is also visible on the steering wheel.

BMW's do not indicate, this is a fact. This lack of attention to detail really took me out of the film.

Ah! I suspect that "indicators" vs "turn signals" is a British vs American thing. Or I'm dense. Either is possible. 😜

That is unknown. BMW claim their cars are equipped with them, but no actual evidence exists to support that claim.

can confirm, am Bmw driver.

they don't come equipped with turn signals. I heard they're a myth.

Here in the States Mercedes-Benz don't seem to have any either AND i have a theory that those who drive Mercedes are usually a**holes
