Wow! It's like Resident Evil all over again

A great game franchise made into a movie by people who never really understand what made the original premise so enjoyable. Resident Evil the game was great at creating suspense and the disquiet atmosphere really added to the sense of isolation. However the film was a rocking action flick that bared little resemblance or feel to the game and for me a massive let down.

Hitman the game was about strategy, less about guns blazing and more about working in the shadows taking out targets as you imagine an assassin would, (ok barring a few levels that were heavy in action) but for me when I heard they were making another Hitman, I thought "yes, now they will get it right this time." I was expecting/hoping the film would bare more a resemblance to Leon rather than another re-hashed action flick.

Very disappointed, will be waiting till it comes on to Amazon Prime and then maybe I'll give it a watch... maybe.
