Bad choice of Director and Cast

Director: Focused too heavily on trying to create memorable action sequences, photography and a soundtrack - on all counts, of which he failed. Didn't focus on script or dialogue or plot. The director simply created scenes to glorify his own junk ideas of what he envisioned as the perfect action movie - and then oddly, he pieced them together and called it a movie.

Actors: Junk. No chemistry, no character development, nothing. What horrible choices. Poor Zachary, Hinds, and Kretschmann were surrounded by junk.

At least the 2007 version incorporated dozens of themes from action, and killing, to betrayal, to slavery, to romance, to political corruption, to international corporation among policing authorities, to family (even if a little), and to sexism.

This movie was total junk. Don't waste your time with low expectations thinking it will be good, simply don't waste your time with this absolute junk.

It took me about 1 minute to see what garbage this was and yet I walked out of the cinema 9 minutes later.

I commend myself for giving it a chance.

If I could choose for the next one, I'd say Christopher Nolan or Doug Liman would be good directors. They both have a pretty good way of creating a continuous story for sequels. I stick with my original opinion of Michael fassbender being the best choice for agent 47. Elizabeth Hurley would be good as Diana. Not sure who would be good as 47s CIA friend or that Asian prostitute though.

I really wish they'd start with an origin movie and go off that. But please please please follow the original and official 47 storyline! It would be so awesome to watch fassbender go through ort-Meyers assylum killing a bunch of derranged fassbender clones.

Actually Jared Leto might play a good disturbed CIA guy thinking back to his role in Lord of war.
